Pistol-Packing Private School Takes Aim at Bad Guys

gunsafety-224x300

A Christian school in Arkansas has a warning for would-be attackers: be prepared to meet your Maker if you try to harm their students.

“Staff is armed and trained,” reads a sign posted outside the Arkansas Christian Academy in Bryant, Ark. “Any attempt to harm our children will be met with deadly force.”

School administrator Perry Black told Fox News the “purpose of the sign is to prevent us from ever having to use any kind of force.”

“We have a moral obligation to protect those children in our care and we’re dedicated to doing that with whatever means are necessary,” he said. “I’d rather be in the news for having a sign than having a tragedy.”

that’s the way you have to be today

  • marcus johannes

If only more People in this Country had such uncommen sense ,Maybe just maybe we all would be better off , The Liberal Perverted Twisted way of thinking is not thinking at all ,Nor does it make any kind of sense Commen or otherwise , I would love for my Daughter to go to a School that has this policy , Instead of having a sign that says Gun Free School Zone ,That is like putting up a sign that says Drug Free School Zone ?? I think there would be a few Drug Dealers that would laugh when they see that sign and go on about their buisness of poisoning our Kids ,Hello & Greetings from Arizona to the NSA and DHS

    • Razorgirl53

Yeah. People are as likely to follow “Gun Free Zone” signs as well as they do speed limit signs. If they did there would be no need for the Highway Patrol. Just like there would be no need for law enforcement if signs would do the job for them.

      • whitebird

Getting a speeding ticket is a little different than getting dead.

        • Abiathar

          And your point is?

        • BillP1966

Breaking the law is breaking the law no matter how you do it. Just like that person speeding along is less likely to be able to stop in time when someone has broken down. A 2 ton object moving at 80 miles an hour can also kill people ya know. I am guessing that you are one of those morons that pass on the right as well as exceed the posted speed limits.

        • Sunshine Kid

Speeding can get you dead, never mind the ticket. That remark is about as inane as stating that taking a gun to a gun free zone will get you a ticket.

      • http://theawakenednation.ning.com/profile/KevinMKeener Snowman8wa

Razorgirl53, though Biblical, the Scripture is in line with your comment and I wholeheartedly agree; when we follow the Law, we have no fear, but when we digress, we end up on a constant watch for our backside, waiting for that proverbial shoe to drop. At least those of us who have a CONSCIENCE……..

        “But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;….” 1 Timothy 18-10

And all the Anti-Gun LIB/DEMS just crapped their bloomers

    • 7papa7

Now if the rest of the schools in America do the same thing our schools might be a safe place to learn.

    • daves

      But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for those who despitefully use you, and persecute you;

      • Robert James

“In a man that no sword, he should sell his garment and get one” Think they were using those to clean their fingernails? Oh wait, wasn’t it Peter who cut off the Roman guards ear when they came to take Jesus? Another libnut commi trying provide dis-information about something he knows nothing about. Ever heard of Gideon? How about David? Samson ring a bell? No? I didn’t think so, doesn’t fit your deceptive ideology huh ‘daves”

      • Rod Luke

Dave, they can hate me, curse me and I will look the other way, but pull a gun on me and die.

      • Ken Lewis

LET THEM KILL YOUR KIDS AND SEE HOW U FEEL,
EVEN IN THE OLD TESTAMENT IF YOU READ OF JEHOSHAPHAT HE KNEW HE COULD NOT WIN A BATTLE, GOD STEPPED IN AND THEY TURNED
ON EACH OTHER AND KILLED THEMSELVES
        2 CHRONICLES 14-9-14
        2 CHRONICLES 20-17
        2 CHRONICLES 20-23

MY POINT IS,GOD IS ALWAYS WITH HIS PEOPLE IF THEY OBEY
ALSO NEW TESTAMENT ,STORY WHERE JESUS DROVE THE MONEY CHANGERS FROM THE TEMPLE,SO,SOMETIMES WE TAKE GODS WORD OUT OF CONTEXT,NOT SAYING YOU HAVE,JUST SAYING,GOD IS STILL IN CHARGE AND IN CONTROL

        • Crashaxe

It also says “sell your coat and buy a sword”

        • interestedobserver2

I’d just be happy if people could find their cap-lock keys and switch them off once in a while.

          • Ken Lewis

I WOULD BE HAPPY JUST READ AND SHARE THE CONTENTS OF THESE PLACES,IN MY OPINION I DOUBT IF MUCH MAKES YOU HAPPY ANYWAY,so if you are going to cry and have no idea why i do this in caps, now, next time you wish to speak to me,let me know 6 months in advance so i can use little letters just for you,or perhaps maybe i will use cursive, heck ,maybe,pig-latin as well!!
            OK!!!
            have a gr8 day

          • interestedobserver2

Oh, look! You DID find the caps key! That’s just great. Next maybe you can work on coherency. And minimizing drivel. That would be great too.

      • Frederikahere

We are already doing that, daves.

      • Old Salt

Yeah, do ALL that, but just as the Lord himself used force to kick the money changers out of the Temple, we have the right to use whatever means necessary if, after the loving and the praying etc., etc., is all done and you still want to lay hands on me to do harm to me or some innocent kids………….you’re gonna’ get shot! Instead of using scripture to back your lefty “gun-grabbing” mentality (yes, you come across that way), try reading about God ordained warfare in the scriptures. Oh and try growing a pair before you write again.

        • daves

Jesus never physically harmed anyone. I am armed and I would always protect my family but I would do so knowing that I am defying my God.

          • Old Salt

OK, you’re saying self defense and “harming anyone” in the process is defying God, no matter what the circumstances so I’m not getting into scripture for scripture peeing contest. I say self defense and “harming” the attacker in the process is God ordained and you don’t, end of story.

  • dmr2701

The greatest protection any school can have is children and teachers who pray to God and His Son.

    • ceciltoo

Faith without works is dead. “Praise God and Pass the Ammo!”

      • dmr2701

Were there faith behind this attitude…but most have no faith whatsoever in God…at least no more than the demons who “believe and tremble.”

        • ceciltoo

Absolutely agree dmr. We cant trust in the arm of flesh. Our trust is in Him, and believe the bullet lands where it neutralizes the threat. Like David did, with Goliath.

    • Remington 870

God helps those who help themselves. Arm yourself with God and a gun and you will be ready to fight evil. See you on the proverbial battlefield.

      • dmr2701

Most folks who say that do not know the Lord at all, neither do they trust Him. When the judgment of God falls upon this country, those trusting in their guns alone will find themselves wanting.

        • Sunshine Kid

Jesus did not condemn the Centurion when he asked for help. He commended him for his faith. Likewise, when one of the disciples cut off the ear of those who came to arrest Jesus, Jesus did not condemn him for using his sword, but just told him to put it away.

By the above, I believe that God does not quickly condemn, but uses a far more gracious forgiveness for our trials and tribulations. As such, I would be very slow to condemn anyone who says we must use guns to protect ourselves from evil. After all, we cannot be judgmental too much, as we will be eventually judged.

          • dmr2701

There was no condemnation in my words. Most trust in their guns, but have no faith in God. Look in the mirror, Sunshine.

          • Sunshine Kid

I trust in God. Where did I say I condemn you? Being “slow to condemn” and taking offense at my words shows a thin skin. In telling me to look in a mirror, I say simply, “After you, sir!”

HELL YEAH! Its about time someone got their cranial-rectal inversion straightened out. Beautiful.

    • junkmailbin

I usually use impaction rather than inversion to emphasize permanence. You have style

      • http://theawakenednation.ning.com/profile/KevinMKeener Snowman8wa

The inversion is the symptoms of the disease-“Cranial-Rectalosus” which can be diagnosed by the ProgressiCommuSocialist’s suffering from the inflammation of-“Cranial-Rectalitis”. Your impaction comes from the long-term effects of the disease.
Nancy Polosi and many others in the Democratic AND Republican Parties sadly have the terminal Stage 4 form of the disease, as it is obviously proven to be inoperable at that stage.
Semper Vigilo, Fortis, Paratus et Fidelis

This is awarning to any nut that wants to shoot up the place the libs crapped in thier pants.

  • Ed Shick

It takes a good man with a Gun to stop a Bad man with a Gun!! we need to start teaching the kids right from wrong! our school system needs Prayer not drugs ,, When I was growing up i knee of no one on drugs ,, We did a lot of shooting but never heard of some one killing people they did not even Know !!

    • 5live5

I started school in 1955 a few years later about seventh grade I think I saw my first use of pot. two kids in high school, one white, the other Mexican were smoking it. Today if you are aware you can see it all over the place.

      • Ed Shick

I graduated in 1950 and we had one girl that we thought was on drugs , but now I wonder about her ,, Last night listening to Greta van Seristen, She mentioned not to many years ago she would go to a movie and on the way out think about how Violent it was ,, She said now you just accept it ,, With Hollywood involved she har a good Point ,,Bring back Red Skelton!!

        • Linda

          And Jackie Gleason!

          • Ed Shick

Jack Benny and Bob Hope ,,great entertainment when they were visiting the troops ,, With all the beautiful Girls that were so far away they were hard to see,, But it sure made for a great day!

It sure did, Ed, yes indeed.

          • 5live5

By the way Ed I was one of the lucky ones that saw two of Bob’s shows in Viet Nam. I had nothing but respect for him. The troops lost a good friend the day he died.

        • 5live5

Ed, I agree with you on Red Skelton. His routine was funny enough to make you belly laugh and never uttered a single foul epitaph!!! I miss his show and the ending of it “Good Night and May God Bless”!!

Now if all other states follow suite maybe we can just stop all the violence from these sickos

  • Fred_K

This needs to be in front of all schools, and the teachers need to be trained properly. If a teacher is not willing to defend a child’s life while in their care, they are not qualified to be a teacher. There should be a law that makes the teachers complicit in any situation that brings harm to the children, if they are not willing to defend the children with up to and including deadly force. The leftist teachers who want gun control can then be removed from the schools, and good conservative teachers put in their place.

    • Washington22

Problem is, most teachers in public schools are liberals…………..it’ll never happen nation wide. Anyway, in large public schools, the teachers can’t even handle disciplinary problems, let along intruders and shooters. No, it can be had in private schools, and most likely in the bible states where God still reigns.

      • catman

If you want to control rowdy kids and gangbangers in public schools, hire big bad assed ex-marines, arm them and turn them loose on the scumbags. I’ll guarantee you the scumbag kids will realize the error of their ways straight away. Where you have “school resource officers” inside schools, you have far less problems than schools without them. This is a proven fact !!!!

        • Washington22

Sounds like a plan…………now is we could just get the libs to get out of the way and let us get this country back on track.

        • ladybug

STILL say reform schools for bullies, truants, wanna be thugs, They must obey the rules, study, and behave and learn job skills. The ones housing kids should be for those who have been proven of committing PETTY crimes. AND CURFEW is always good every where. WE had it in the 50’s, worked pretty good. Ignore it and be locked up, and have to work.

          • 5live5

ladybug, I grew up in the 50s and we never had a curfew. the parents and their neighborhood always knew where their kids were. Do something wrong and the parents knew before the kid got home. I remember breaking a neighbors window. My dad paid for the window and made me work for the guy for three hours a day for two weeks. By the time I got done, the guys yard was spotless and well groomed. I didn’t forget that lesson.

  • JohnDavidHanna

The idea and prep is OK, the sign is not so good but it is just an unresearched opinion.

    • 5live5

John, what is not so good about the sign? If it warns just one would be murderer away from the school, then it is good. If the teachers are ,indeed armed and trained, then THAT is even better! As I said above, I would send my children to that school!

      • JohnDavidHanna

Real tough guys go crazy too and I just think that the sign might incite violence from someone that would be able to overcome the defenses with an ‘Oh Yeah?’ moment that would have passed the school unnoticed.
        I might be wrong
I like the old saw – walk softly and carry a big stick.

        • 5live5

And just how many schools that WEREN’T in a gun free zone have been attacked? I like the old saw that figures don’t lie but liars figure!

          • JohnDavidHanna

            I don’t know what’s ticking you off.
I said go ahead and arm the teachers I think that would be a good idea but don’t fool yourself that you’re going to get a Seal Team out of a pile of elementary school teachers.
Better to let the perpetrator under prepare if such a horror were ever to occur.

          • 5live5

Better that the guy be warned off by the sign, but if he isn’t the administration of the school would make him sorry he tried their school when there is probably a public school down the street that doesn’t allow the teachers to arm themselves. As far as the seal team? Do you have any idea how many teachers there are out there that have combat experience? I’d be willing to bet there’s quite a large number. Maybe not a seal team, but a damn sight better than cowering in the corner hoping that the kids don’t get shot.

          • JohnDavidHanna

Yes I have worked at an elementary school.
Yes being armed is better than cowering in the corner in that unlikely event.
However you think it should go is fine.

          • 5live5

Do you have combat experience? My nephew does and he is a dam fine teacher who the kids seem to love. He would give his life for the kids. it’s not just how I think, It’s how a good part of the population thinks!

  • Larry

Way to go. Liberals believe our kids do not deserve the same level of protection as banks, booze and jewelry stores.

  • Robert James

It’s about time! Texas has been doing this for years in some school districts and nary a problem from it. But then again, this is Texas and this article does not represent news down here.

    • Washington22

ah yes, Texas……..the home of my dreams………Hi, Robert.

      • Robert James

        Hey Brother. How’s it going?

  • SallyE

Bet you won’t see this type of sign anywhere in the Northeast anytime soon. People in Arkansas have plenty of good, old-fashioned common sense which is in short supply in places like Massachusetts and NY.

    • dHb

It is a private school that no doubt takes no government subsidies so they can do as
they please but liberal politicians will never let public schools do this.

      • Sunshine Kid

The schools, parents and community should start banding together against stupid politicians that violate the Second Amendment. It doesn’t matter if the schools are public or not; public SAFETY is why guns should be carried by responsible adults to keep the bad guys out of circulation (permanently, preferred).

        • dHb

          ditto Sunshine Kid, good post

        • mogul264

Which is why I STRONGLY encourage you, the people who are concerned and care, to take control of your school boards! These are the bosses of principals, who do the hiring/firing of teachers! Stop them from hiring the typical CommuSocialist teachers endorsed by, and who staff the NEA! THESE are the ones who are trying to disarm America! All are attempting to soften America to allow them to slyly insinuate themselves into our government until they can completely take over!

Take your pick: teacher hears shots, puts your kids in corner, and covers her head. Or teacher puts your kids in the corner and trains her Glock on the door. ( I think in Israel they carry Uzis. )

…which Bible verse tells you to be ignorant and snarky on FB? Just sayin.

It is called sarcasm, ever heard of it?

        • 5live5

Gee Jeff, did you bother to read my post? Where did I even mention the bible. Just for your info, Andrew Jackson was asked by a reporter as to why he always carried a bible. He replied ” This book is the foundation this great nation is built on. Do the words “Endowed by their CREATOR” sound familiar?

          • Jeff

First off, it’s called sarcasm. Second, Jackson would be wrong. Ever read what the writers of the Constitution said about religion? Endowed by their creator is part of the Declaration of Independence, and not in the US Constitution, and is therefore meaningless as it isn’t a legal document. Then there is the Treaty of Tripoli. Ever heard if it?

    • Dawn Garland

so as a Christian we are supposed tosit back and let others harm us? your common sense and your snarky remarks are deplorable.

      • Jeff

Thanks! I appreciate the compliment. You should really show your outrage and down vote by comment too!

          • Jeff

So, not only do you do what disinfotainers tell you, now you do what I tell you.

  • grumpy

Common sense would indicate that shooters will not attempt an assault on this school. They load up with multiple guns and magazines for a reason. The sick little pricks want “body count”. It kind of defeats the purpose if the body count is 1.

      • VirgoVince

And you believe everything you read??

        • 5live5

More than what you assume? Yes.

    • Dawn Garland

I’m sure that they have the back up—and I’m sure that they will use it! GOD BLESS THEM!

  • 5live5

I applaud them and I do so like their sign!!! would send my child to their school. The liberals don’t seem to have the mental capacity to understand that it’s not the legal gun owners they have to worry about, it’s the illegally owned guns the criminal owns! If they want to do some thing right then get the criminals and THEIR guns off the street!

  • Sam

    Vote against all democrats

    • Sunshine Kid

No, vote against all liberals, demos or repub rinos. Their voting and behavior record is enough to identify them for who they really are, so we must get the criminals out of government; remove that “you can’t touch me – I’m a diplomat” BS. They need to adhere to the same level of honesty that they demand of the citizens. The only “diplomats” we have are FOREIGN GOVERNMENT officials on OFFICIAL business. All others MUST adhere to the laws of our land while visiting.

  • Gizmo51

Would you pay a bill from a doctor you have never visited and has done no work for you? Would you pay a federal tax bill to a congress you have never visited and has done no work for you? Then why do you?

gizmo-I think that you toally missed the point–democrap aren’t you?

  • bull57

Now, that’s the school that I want my children to go too! A place where my babies are as important to them as they are to me!!!

  • Blaine Cooper

    Awesome!

I LOVE IT! These folks apparently are looking out for the best interest of their students and faculty. I wouldn’t be surprised if their school registration increases!

  • CaptTurbo

    Bravo!

  • 57girl

Good for Arkansas! The rest of the Nation should follow suite.

  • monacall

good for them…..this sign should be on every school in this nation….public most of all….every university every college…..especially state owned…..all teachers professors should be encouraged to carry

  • Flaphil

……and if they step on campus they’re already in the schools sights. Clowns packing a gun and entering their property should be put down with one shot immediately. Good for them.

  • Washington22

Finally some common sense from school administrators. It is no surprise that the common sense comes for a school in the bible belt, the gun toting, bible belt. If I had young children and I wasn’t homeschooling, I’d feel safe having them attend this school. Just the fact alone, that they are armed and have posted a sign, give them creds and warns would-be shooters to make another choice.

  • old_salty_dawg99

I bet the LIBERAL IDIOTS of this Nation are spinning in their graves and yes even those who are not dead yet. When this School kills an attacker they will SCREAM even louder about this being a bad thing. LIBERALS are IGNORANT to the TRUTH and they are willfully so. They blame the guns for the EVIL of the Person with the Gun and that type of IGNORANCE is what is DESTROYING America. We need to throw out those IDIOTS and their STUPIDITY out of Office this would not only get rid of the Willful IGNORANCE DESTROYING America but it would raise the IQ of those in office by a power that is higher than the National debt. I say to the School GREWAT JOB.

  • jacki

I homeschool. Don’t like traditional schools AT ALL. But now this is one school that I would consider sending my children to. Children have go to be taught that there are “bad” people in this world and that It is OUR job to keep them safe. I do not care at all about the “rights” of the criminals. I care about keeping the kids safe.

  • Jim

EVERY school should post that sign…whether it’s true or not! Let the “crazies” wonder whether or not someone will be shooting back!

    • brucefandrews

If they are going to post this sign they better be willing and able to stand behind it. I do believe a Christian based school would be able to post a sign like this and fully able to defend the children entrusted to them. I also believe all the liberal schools would not be able to post this signs, and all those wanting to do harm would know the sign is a farce when posted in front of one of our public schools.

  • daveveselenak

The communist courts will nullify this correct and legal action – bet on it! The sheeple had better find out quickly that the luciferian, agenda 21 demons are now in complete control and until everybody realizes this, the march to complete tyranny will hasten! Put that one in your data base that NSA, HSA, DHS? – A-holes!

  • Charlie

Question : Would the teachers cover their faces , carry MP5 , Wear full body armor , Scream at everyone to obey their orders under threat of arrest , Worry more about their own safety more then the children ??? Personally say no , absolutely no way . These teachers would protect the children in their charge with great predigest against any and all intruders committed to harm the children.
Also have to say what a great sign. If more adults that are in charge of children actually were adults then this is the way to actually protect those children you are responsible to protect .

But you don’t understand, the police are there to protect you…”60 minutes after the fact” nothing like having some pre game options……

The whole point to having a weapon available is that you should not have to use it. The Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor to make a point, not to defeat the USA. As the Japanese admiral noted, any attack on the mainland USA was doomed because there would be a gun behind every blade of grass. Today, that might not be true, but then again, that is because of all the stupid “gun control” laws, which are not really about controlling guns to criminals but controlling citizens’ rights to own, carry and use guns.

If I see a business with a sign that says “No guns allowed” (or anything similar), I won’t go in for two reasons: One, it is owned and operated by liberals and two, that is NOT a safe place to be when a criminal comes along.

    • danimal

It’s still true, there IS a gun behind every blade of grass, you just don’t see them. Ask the dumb@$$ that was wasted in the kitchen of a 71y/o homeowner in Bedford, Ia, last week. Lesson #1, Don’t phuc with an Iowa farm boy, we don’t play games.

  • Charlie

Actually the students should be taught , trained and armed . This is actually an even more of a sure fire way to stop the criminal from hurting or using children as a bargaining chip to get whatever their deranged minds want.
If our citizens want to be safe our founding fathers made it so by our second amendment. If a person is intent to do harm there is less chance of succeeding if person confronts an armed human ready to defend themselves .

  • wa1gon

Here is an idea. When there is a shooting at a school or workplace which is gun free, victims and their families should sue. I work at a company which is a “Gun Free Zone” and my wife has orders to sue if I am kill due to work place shooting, because I couldn’t defend myself.

    Dear Fellow Armed
    American,

    Almost 10 years ago, I
read an article that changed my life. That article–

“On Sheep, Wolves, and Sheepdogs” by Lt. Col. Dave Grossman–helped set me on
the path to becoming a responsibly armed American.

You see, I couldn’t shake one of the messages in this powerful piece.

    Lt. Col. Grossman
writes, “Hope is not a strategy.”

    I don’t know about
you, but that statement hits me right in the heart. The truth is, we live in a scary world. As
much as we want and hope for perfect outcomes, evil will always exist
around us. And pretending that it doesn’t is dangerous.

    Indeed, Lt. Col.
Grossman writes, “It is denial that turns people into sheep.”

    That’s pretty powerful
stuff. He continues: “There are evil men in this world and they are capable of
evil deeds. The moment you forget that or pretend it is not so, you become a
    sheep. There
    is no safety in denial.”

  • sbruce1154

Now this is common sense and should be copied by every school across the nation. Not only will this deter criminals and mentally ill nut bags from trying to kill helpless children, it will also give the parents peace of mind.

  • Valor

    WAY TO GO!!!!

  • icemancold

Well we finally see a sign that tells the crazies if you try to harm a child here you will be killed. This is far better than the sign that tells the crazies if you want to harm children here is a place to do it safely as no one is armed and able to stop you.GUN FREE SAFE ZONE is a safe place to kill as no one can stop you and the police are just MINUTES AWAY AT LEAST 30.

  • Larry Cowden

Now that is what the schools should be doing to protect the kids! And if any parents object to such measures, than they are free to form their own school with staff and post “This is a gun free zone” on all doors and the property!

  • Jack

Hooray for Bryant,Ar and the principal there. Now, if only all states and cities will do the same..

  • http://www.survivingurbancrisis.com/ Silas Longshot

Woo-eee! The libs are wetting themselves at just the thought! Turning pale and gasping! Running around in tight circles, going ‘EEE! EEE! EEE!’

Let’s watch and see how long it takes for some anti-Christian, anti-gun rights nutbags to start up a lawsuit over this, and them not even from the same state.

If my kids were still in school, I’d be looking for enrollment in a school like this. No liberal, anti-Christian, BS curriculum, and real protection while in school.

    http://survivingurbancrisis.wordpress.com/

  • lizaz

Excellent!! This is how you fight the criminals and mentally deranged individuals who want to make a name for themselves by killing children!! More people armed, less crime!!

  • amdatme

I’m wondering how long it will take Holder and a bunch of, armed to the teeth, government thugs to show up at the school…. you know, kinda like Waco all over again.

    • catman

That would probably be about the same time the armed parents of this area would also show up at the school and dare holders thugs to even enter onto the grounds of that school. If I lived in the area, I’d be right there. My daughter does live in that area and I can damned well guarantee you she and her husband would both be there and armed.

  • foxxybey

If I were raising children today I wouldn’t send them to the Nazi school system for love nor money, they don’t teach, they propagandize the kids to be good little hand out brown shirts for the Hitler in the White House and his gang of Nazi thugs.

  • yaki534

This sign should be posted at all American schools. And be true.

  • omega2

TRULY A SMART SCHOOL PRINCIPAL. HE BELIEVES IN PROTECTING HIS WARDS THE RIGHT WAY. THESE GUN FREE ZONES ONLY DRAW THE THUGS LIKE MANURE TO FLY’S. THE LIBERAL’S JUST CANT COMPREHAND THIS GUN FREE ZONE FIASCO!

  • Sam

The idea that people shouldn’t be allowed to have guns is an idea being pushed by communist types called “social progressives”. It is meant to sound like they are the good guys but they are the enemy.

  • ladybug

GOOD for you! MORE folks should take this stand>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • Igor

I have the poster on my front door, “This house protected by God and Guns. Prepare to meet BOTH if you enter in uninvited!”

Looks like the school just said the same thing without mentioning (gasp!) God…

    • Medic01

I would love to post my latest silhouette target with the ten-ring obliterated by bullets on my front door with “We don’t call 9-1-1 — until its over” but the boss (my wife) won’t let me.

About this lunacy of “gun free zone.” Sandy Hook is the latest example of how effective gun free zones are at protecting our children.

      • danimal

Keep trying, she will come around

  • http://www.capalert.com/ Medic01

I would L-U-V to see Senator Fein-ken-stein’s face when she sees this! Maybe someone will record her temper tantrum on a cell phone and publish it here. Let us hope she does not hold an AR-15 during her tantrum the way she held one during her speeches.

  • Michael Shreve

IF you trust your children’s welfare to the schools do they NOT have an OBLIGATION to ensure their safety?

  • Bob

Absolutely the correct way to go. A god guy with a gun to take out the bad guys. So simple, so effective!

  • ElderAmbassador

Armed and Ready – you HAVE been warned.

  • mogul264

If the students’ parents don’t like this situation, they will vote with their feet (or whatever, remove their children)! No one else should be considered, ESPECIALLY, the idiots and clowns who are determined to make a school a “gun-free zone”, or more accurately, a “come and shoot my kids with no chance of interference” zone!

In nearly EVERY case of mass-shootings, a spirited counter-offense has disconcerted a would-be shooter! Most expect little or no defense, just terror and confusion, which lets him proceed as planned! Someone with a gun firing back would REALLY be disconcerting, don’t you think? Hard to terrorize a bunch of students with your own head down to keep it from being blown off!

  • WW

I LOVE it! I’ll bet this is enough to make any attempt on harming these students/faculty a no-brainer even for the SLOW learners.

  • Jarhead6541

As a freethinker, this is a first for me. A religious school using words and procedures that I wholeheartedly believe every institution should employ. Let us hope the “powers that be” realize that this is our best option to protect our most valuable possessions.

  • interestedobserver2

Best sign I’ve ever seen. If I had school-aged children, I’d move there just so they could attend that school, and I could work without fear during the day.

  • OkieBlood

    Outstanding! As it should be!

  • Well Done

Fascinating how many people think declaring an area a “gun free zone” makes it safer. Honestly. It appears that about one third of modern society have lost the ability to think rationally, and many of them are in the academy and the bureaucracy. How can we smarten them up?

  • RICK

Lock and load, any ex military this would be a good place to get hired and make a difference in the young life’s, get them while they are young steer them away from this vile crap they are trying to teach now, and to be able to use the training you received for a greater good, because are government is not going to do it, it might offend someone, somewhere.

  • Korean_Vet

Bible-wise–I think that “David did a good job in getting rid of the Giant with a sling-shot-! He was a youth that ‘Had to hit his Target in the Forehead’-! (Guns had not been invented at that time-! ) You need another example–!? ( I’ve seen a recent excellent example in a photo shown on the ‘Internet’) The subject in the photo was a young woman-teacher in Israel–herding a group of grade-school childred in her class-! A clearly ‘visible’ Assault-Rifle was slung over her right-shoulder–“Daring any Terrorist–NOT TO TRY MAKING AN ATTACK On Her Kids”–“She Doesn’t Aim to Miss on Her First Shot-!” In Israel–Brave (?) Terrorists had Attacked Schools Years Ago–& Teachers NEVER FORGOT THIS LESSON-! This Teacher was ” Mother that is Packing “-!

A damned shame it has to be – but it’s correct. We’ve a long way to go with this madness. We will win for liberty only if we are willing to put our necks on the line. Only when the perps learn that they are risking it all will they get the message. It will have to come to that. Are we good for it – or will we knuckle under like the Brits, Aussies and Canuks?
